Ethically sourced from small farms in South and Central America as well as East Africa – small co-operative groups scattered across districts like Bukoba, Muleba and Misenye in Tanzania. We then carefully roast them in the UK to create the espresso that’s at the heart of every cup.

What do I need to supply and what does Jack's supply?
Simple is good – we literally supply you with everything you need – except electricity and milk – we deliver all of the consumable and install into your premises and train your team
What about cups and beans and supplies?
We replenish you with stock for a month ahead – this arrives by next day courier and your box of stock will be based upon your average monthly sales – this includes beans, chocolate, cups, lids, stirrers, cleaning materials.
How do I order more supplies?

Cleaning your machine
‘A clean machine is a money machine’ – this is important customers don’t want to see a grubby machine – so a quick wipe down and some basic cleaning is needed each day – as we use fresh milk – it’s important we keep those milk pipes and tubes rinsed and cleaned and we provide the solution to run through the machine to do this.
Don’t worry – we give you some handy sheets to follow – but you soon get the hang of it.
What if my machine breaks down?
If you machine breaks down – and we cant promise this won’t ever happen – after all – they are machines and this sometimes will happen! We have our own workshop and we offer a replacement switch out service to speed up the service as well as an on site engineers visit.
How do I report a problem?
If you have a problem, simply call us to log it on 0845 122 2230 – we offer find the same problems occur and can very often help fix over the phone or even using facetime with some very basic instructions which prevents any unnecessary downtime for you.
We both only make money if the machine is working and pouring drinks!
How do we know how much has been sold?
Remote Reporting – The machine is fitted with a telemetry device which reports to our servers to tell us what drinks are poured from the machine.
How do the payments work?
We invoice you weekly for the drinks you have sold and payment is taken by Direct Debit.

How long is the contract?
We want to work you and can work out what is best for everyone – normally they are 3 years in length.
